Michel Philippon, wine steward and "restaurateur de France".
He is the one to present you the wine-cellar book and the 450 references for wines, of which 75 are from
Nuits Saint Georges.
All these vintages are in perfect harmony with the menus proposed by Christophe Dumay, our chief cook, who, throughout seasons, has introduced creative and delicious dishes as well as some indisputable local recipes.
